sea hare problem

I got a sea hare yesterday from saltwaterfish.com and seemed very healthy and after one hour drip I added him and he started eating immediately. This morning he was in the front corner of the tank and just now when I got home he is in the same location and it appears that his tongue is hanging out and he is not moving. What is going on?
All Params are good except my phosphate which reads good because the hair algae eats it all im going to run gfo here soon.
