Hi AZFRAG!! I am adding a sea hare into my 30g cube. I have never owned one, but I trying to make my cube great again. Any info that could help me would be greatly appreciate it. I have a fire shrimp, Melanarus wrass, Picasso Clown, and (don’t call the tang police on me!) a small yellow eye kole. There is a emerald crab some snails and some snails and red legged hermits in there as well. TIA!!

They eat a ton of algae. If you dont have a ton, which might be the case in a 30g, you will have to feed it nori or have someone adpot it that has a 100+ gallon tank with alage. Even feeding it nori, it can stave to death.

If it likes the stuff, you might have to re-home it in a month when that's gone.

I added mine a little over a week ago and now I cannot find it anywhere in my tank. It was difficult to see it on the rocks in the beginning and now it is impossible to find. :(
Mine hides inside my rocks....but I have been seeing him at least once each day. I can't say he's eaten much off the rocks, if anything, but he has eaten some off the back glass. A little progress I guess.

It has been several days now and it is not visible. Should I be concerned?
