Seahorse help

[Lee's Fragtacular Corals]

I have a male Reidi seahorse and he appears to be red around the gills and breathing heavy. He stopped eating 3 days ago and I've been doing a lot of water changes and he's starting to look better. I have 3 females that are doing good. Does anyone have any advice?
