Searching for help with fragging a Colt!

Hi, I've been growing this colt in my 10 gallon for just over a year. It's starting to take over the whole tank and it's about time to frag. Anyone have any idea how to frag a colt? How much can I take off, is there a certain spot I should cut, does it secrete any potent chemicals??

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!!

Great piece!
I use Scissors, then use fishing line and a needle, or an elastic band to hold in place on a piece of live rock, it will attach in a few days to a week.
