I’m starting a new separate frag system i don’t have all the sump built yet but my patience got the best of me and I wanted to try and get a jumpstart on cycling filtration media I plan on using marine pure and matrix in the sump so I used old saltwater from a water change today threw in a powerhead and the marine pure plate ,matrix and added a capful of microbacter start xlm (LFS had no dr Tim’s recommend this instead) has any one ever cycled or seeded media or rocks in a 5gal bucket before???? Will this work
