Not having much luck selling everything together so after the week-end we are going to sell the individual corals, some small but a lot of colonies. This is pickup only, more of a hassle but maybe more $$. Once this is done I will sell the equipment.

Nice setup. Have you contacted any LFS in your area for the livestock? Your pricing is close to wholesale.
