When I came home, there was 4 inches above the sand and all the fish were in that 4 inches, sump was just about empty. I have a friend that owns a fish store and he came over and took all the fish to his private tank at home. He has a 350 gallon tank. They all survived but 2 of my 17 fish.

Sorry to hear about the loss.
If your friend owns a fish store, he should be helping you get a new tank with equipment! Not opening his hands to freebies, jmo.
File a claim with home or renters insurance. The water damage could be pricey if there’s wood flooring.

Terrible one fish too many.

Glad your other livestock survived is he going to return them once you get another tank?

This needs to stop.. Red Sea should be held accountable !!
