The top piece is the old school Orange Sherbert and yes, the bottom piece is the Bahama Brother.

I do regular 15-20% water changes weekly or biweekly depending on how busy my schedule is.

What do these numbers mean? "15-20%" I could understand 15-20% WC's, but what's the #37?
