I'm trying to take advantage of your mail in rebate that is currently active but I can't find the serial number on my Classic RODI (100 GPD) model. Any tips?

There isn’t one.I asked the same question earlier. Just submit the form without the serial number.

Yes that is correct. That product does not have a serial number. Sorry for the confusion.
