Seriatopira Caliendrum dying? :(

My Seriatopira Caliendrum do not look good

I have had cyano for quite a while now, but it is only in the past few days is has "hit" this coral. Its turning more brown in color, I do not know if it is Dinos

My parameters:
Phosphate = 0.09
Alkalinity = 7.4 (I am trying to get it up slowly with AF KH buffer)
Nitrate = 5.8
Magnesium = 1455
Calcium = 445
Can I do something?

Could it be the light? I have a Red Sea led 90, and have been running with low light because of the cyano.

I will suggest that the cyanobacteria growing on the coral indicates the coral was sick and not the cyanobacteria growing on healthy tissue making it sick. Cyanobacteria growing elsewhere in the aquarium could be unrelated
