I already have a complete working Apex system. I also have purchased a spare Apex main controller with its own Display Unit & temperate probe just in case of disaster. I want to setup and program the spare Apex with identical programming. Currently there is no power to the main controller.

1. Can I just buy a power supply and connect it to the Main Controller & then start my programming or do I need to buy a spare EB8 or EB4 outlet box make this work?

2. Can I save ALL of my apex programming in one file and then have the Apex load back all of the Apex programming with a few commands?

Thanks

Sorry for this enquiry, I found the answer to my questions located on Neptune’s Site under their Documentation Sections - How to swap Apex Base Unit
