Sexing fuscus triggers

I've heard that these guys aren't sexually dimorphic but I've recently read somewhere that the males will have lines on their cheeks and the females will have dots. If anyone knows anything about this being true or not please let me know.

I actually spoke with a marine biologist who claims that it's true but still difficult to tell the difference.
