I recently placed an order from on online company. I paid $72 for overnight shipping of a $180 order (all fish) The company shipped via USPS on Thursday afternoon. Tracking showed the package would not arrive until Monday, which it did at 4pm. Also, it was May in Louisiana. All the contents in the package were dead. Now the company refuses to respond to my requests for a refund or credit. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this?
