If sand dwelling wrasses like leopards don't ship well due to stress and the lack of a natural "safe space", why don't vendors ship out wrasses in larger bags with 2" worth of sand?

Would sand actually make it more stressful?

I would imagine that all the bouncing around boxes get, the water in the bag would be just a cloudy mess. Probably so bad it would make breathing difficult if not impossible for the wrasse.
