This is in the bottom of my fluval flex 32.5 tank in the sump part. Can’t really tell if it’s a scratch or crack. Haven’t set the tank up yet as I just bought it a week ago. It was never used, but I bought it from someone off FB. Is there anything I should do about it?

That looks like a scratch to me, it's on the underside and nothing you'll ever see. I think you're fine. Good luck!

Most likely just a scratch doesn’t look too concerning to me

Looks like a scratch, though check under the tank as it could just be a hair (usually dog hair in my house) stuck to the leveling mat.

That said, IMO the glass on these is very scratch-able ( I have like 4 on the front of mine I have no idea where they came from), so scratch would not surprise me.
