At LFS and they had a new never used mp40 old style not es for 280 should I scoop this up? To make this like the new ones all I would need is the controller right?

Is it a Gen2? If so it would cost you $100 to upgrade to MP40wes which I would consider a good deal considering a brand new one costs $465.

Well it was a gen 1, from Jan 07! Called up ecotech today and got the Eco smart diver and they said since it was so old he would replace my wetside with a new one for a small upgrade fee! Great customer service and still got a brand new mp40w es for cheaper than a new one!! With spare parts!!
