Should I continue? Thoughts? Cycle question.

The situation is I’m ordering clowns from dr Reef and my tank is finished with the cycling process. It says the clowns should take around a week to ship. Not sure entirely when it would arrive but I assume between 1- 2 weeks. Am I supposed to keep dosing ammonia to feed/keep bacteria alive or leave it alone.
