Should I extend copper treatment? Possible ich sighting one week into copper treatment

I picked up tomini and purple tangs on Tuesday 11/16 and put them in a QT. Started ramping up copper power and got to 2.0ppm (based on Hanna HI702) on Friday 11/19. I was planning that with a minimum therapeutic level of 2.0ppm - 30 days would take me to 12/19/21 to complete copper treatment in 1 QT.

Currently at 2.27ppm and working my way to 2.5ppm - and this morning I started noticing some white spots forming on some fins and body of the tangs.

Should I extend out the copper treatment period beyond 12/19?

I wouldn't at this point unless you think you may have cross contaminated in some way. Go through the entire 30 days. Then do back to back prazi doses.
