Should I worry about diatoms in coral QT?

I'm pretty sure I have a little diatom issue, it's a newly setup tank. I used a seeded sponge in a canister filter and all new saltwater

Most of it will blow off but it's spreading more.

It's ugly but is it really going to bother my corals in the tank, or should I just get a couple astrea snails and let em get to work?

This tanks been running about a month, no fish just corals for observation.

LED lights on timers, I don't remember the exact times.
