Early Wednesday morning I emailed CoralVue support about an issue I was having with my Varios6 pump purchased from BRS in November. They correctly diagnosed it as a controller issue and shipped out a new controller the same day under warranty at no charge. I received it on Friday and the pump was back up and running by Friday lunch time. 48 hours from first email to receiving the part that fixed the problem is awesome service. Thanks guys.
