The other evening, my wife stated my tank appears bare (too much rock, not enough coral colors while my acros grow from frags)! Not being a encrusting monti person, I'd like to fill voids and lower spots with caps, especially yellow/green and purple. Got some?? Show 'em!! Let's see pics and where you might have placed yours!!

ill try to snap a pic later...but I have one that is starting to get some serious growth. glued it to the overflow box and it is going richter!

Nice y'all. Bigbpro, yours growing in different shelves or are you scaping it that way?

What are you guys finding as the most effective way to adhere the caps to the overflow box? I was told by one person to drain my tank to where I want it and use glue.

I use epoxy then glue that to the overflow. Water in, just turn flow off and hold until it sets up. takes just a minute or two

No need to drain. Just use super glue gel...shut the powerhead a off and hold it still to allow to dry!
