hi my name is jay. id like to just say hi as i am newon here. well a few weeks ago i was going threw cl adds for saltwater an i came to a add for these two pairs of spawning black ice an i couldnt say no lol. iv had them for two weeks now hopping they start spawning soon lol. some of the offspring the other guy had raised
 
Both pairs have started cleaning the pots one of the females is getting really fat. Im hopping for a spawn soon. About how long does it take for a pair to resume spawning after moving them they had about a two hr shipping
 
Those look very simililar to the pair i have, i also have three hatchs i am raising now i hope to be able to post some pictures soon Dendroman

So I have the breeding tank in my bed room an was wanting to ask will lights in the room at night affect anything as far as the night an day cycle for these fish
