Shrimp goby + fire fish =?

How compatible are shrimp gobies with fire fish? I know they have similar body types, and behavior. Any issues? I'm thinking about a helfrichi and a high fin shrimp goby in a 10 g tank.

The shrimp goby is hiding 100% of the time and I want a small passive fish to let him know it's okay to come out.
