Sicce Syncra keeps shutting down

My salt water mixing station’s Sicce Syncra 7.0 shuts off repeatedly 3-4 seconds after I plug it in. LED’s flash but shut down before allowing me to make any inputs. I can usually get it to run by bypassing the controller. I’ve already replaced the pump body and AC/DC transformer. Has anyone else had any similar experience. I’m not sure if it’s related but I also never was able to fully set up wifi.
