It shows up best in the 2nd picture. Any ideas on what i should do about this? We're looking at the mark just above and in front of his "scalpel"?
It might be some sort of injury - which can open a pathway for bacterial infection.

Okay, he now developed white on his fin. So im going to have to. Whats the minimum size for a qt tank? Might have to go in and get one. And where can i get all this stuff? For now, I would watch, and provide good water conditions and healthy meals ... If it worsens, set up a QT and administer wide-spectrum antibiotics. The combination of Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex _or_ Nitrofuracin Green are two options that cover a wide spectrum.

I mean i guess it could be. I have two condy anemones in that tank, but hes been in here for quite a while with no new additions to the tankCould it be a sting that led to an infection? I agree with @Maritimer on treatment and tank size.
Alright, ill see what i can set up. Thanks! If you have the option, I'd go for a 40-breeder - though you might be able to sneak through with a 20-long. You'll need a sponge filter, HOB power filter with sponge (I generally use Aqua-Clear filters, and double up on the sponges) and either Dr. Tim's One-and-Only or Bio-Spira for nitrifying bacteria/ammonia control. (Those two are pretty reliable.) Sometimes you can snag the tanks at Petco for significant discounts, but you may not have time to wait for their dollar-a-gallon sale.
I generally can get Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex at my LFS, so haven't had to order online for those. Nitrofuracin Green is available from National Fish Pharmaceuticals, here: http://store.nationalfishpharm.com/NFP-products-Nitrofuracin-Green-59584.Item.html
BRS has _some_ medications and QT supplies here: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/tank-maintenance-salt-mix/medications.html?scrollTo=114

Oh boy.. okay. And i do notice he doesnt appear to be the smartest fish around them. He can get dangerously close, but I've never seen him touch it before.. thank you for all your help so far!!Condylactus do seem to pack a fairly powerful sting.
