Just received 5 disbar anthias the larger male looks to have some blemish on its side. The royal gramma with long white poop so internal parasites. I also got a yellow tang who looks goods far. Just got them out of the bags

Trying to establish a baseline. Are you quarantining them?
If so, are you using copper?

OK. can we get a full tank picture of both tanks? Along with your equipment list for both tanks and what you currently have?

Yes but they are not in them. I had a velvet outbreak that killed everything in the main tank. I am now trying to restock after months without fish. My quarantine tank is a bare 75 gallon tank, not much to look at.

Keep a close eye on that anthia's side. White-ish areas like that can go sideways real fast. Favorite go to for fish in that condition is NFG asap.

I don't have any on hand. I do have Kanaplex, Furan-2 and Metroplex. Think I should treat all the fish with that combo first? Then deal with the internal parasites with Prazipro flowed by possible copper before leaving quarantine?

Yes, I'd dose the "trifecta" of kanaplex, Furan2, and Metro since you have it on hand. The potential bacteria is in the water, but it usually isn't something that is spread just by being in the water. The fish probably had some injury during shipping. That's where NFG works really well. Consider keeping it as part of your med kit in the future.
As far as which to dose first, here's a great posting by Humblefish that may help you to decide on when and how to treat your fish: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/the-bacterial-infection-predicament.310311/#post-3816129

Based on some dispars I've had recently, I'd say that's already gone sideways.

That's a fast-moving bacterial infection, and needs to be treated ASAP. Among my recent group, if I could see symptoms like those reddish lumps, the fish would be dead within 24-48 hours.

Big G's advice is absolutely spot-on, and following it is the only reason I still have some dispars.

~Bruce, with fingers crossed you can get these guys through

Any good source that can get NFG to central Florida without spending a fortune on shipping? I tried calling the only aquarium shop near me and they don’t carry it for retail purchases.

Most of the Anthias i've bought from LA this year came in with that infection. I lost all of them that already had the marks. Trifecta saved most that didn't have the marks or had only slight beginnings of them. It kills really quick.

Most fish I see these days have infections or develop them, unfortunately. I agree with treating with antibiotics.
