Silicone anti-vibration pads

Does anyone use them under their return pumps in the sump? If so, have you had any issue with this?

I have been using silicone hot pads for anti-vibration pads under return pumps and under skimmer pumps off and on for 7-8 years. It's a good cheap option.

Any issues during that time? How long did they hold up before needing to be replaced? Something I've considered doing for some time now.
