I had 2 simplicity return pumps. Both failed the same week. One was a few years old I think and the other I had for a little over a year but I had as a backup. And luckily I had a third. I contacted them and they had great service. I didn’t have my receipts and neither did my lfs I bought it from. I tried their online troubleshooting video they recommended sent them photos as they requested. And after speaking to them they offered me brand new pumps at a great price. Can’t complain! Simplicity is a great company with great customer service.
