I am changing from two 165 watt leds to 6 and at times 2 54 watt T5s. The sinularia shrinks a little under all 6 lights. Under two it is fine. But I have Anthelia and it seems better under the. What do I need to watch for with the Sinularia. I don't want to melt it or to kill it.

Like any coral I think you just need to acclimate it. Maybe make sure it's in a spot where it can get a little shading from rock or other corals and then slowly acclimate it.
