Hey guys what is a good size for a QT Tank. I was thinking 40gal with built in overflow and sump.

Thanks,
Jim

Depends on what your QTing, I use a 40br with a sponge filter seeded from my DT sump. It was large enough for 3 juvi yellow tangs for a few weeks so I think its a great QT size. Ultimately the bigger the better. Plumbing it may be overkill but if you are fine putting in the extra work than hey why not.

what do you guys think of using a AIO for a QT tank?

Jim
