Skiddish lg fish remove??

I have a yellow belly hippo and 2 lg rabbit fish in my 220 I like the yellow belly hippo and the yellow spotted rabbit the other rabbit is a 2 barred and it's a nice fish but would like to remove him make some room!!
Anyway I'm on the fence about just removing all 3 fish all 3 are skiddish and I fell like it stresses the whole tank out when they decide to bolt for no reason or because someone comes into the room?
All 3 also have tendency to get ick if I add even a sm new fish if I add a med-lg fish or active fish it's a guarantee so I'm thinking bout biting the bullet and removing half my rock trapping then in one side and removing them but then what do I do with them if be willing to give for free if someone can qt and has an enter nous tank really these rabbit fish need like a 500 or something

Would your LFS take them off your hands? Check your local reef guys out, I'm sure there would be more than a few that would take them off your hands.
