and what are your thoughts is it worth the 85 bucks 12407.jpg

What size of tank are you looking to put it on? Sump, no sump?

no sump here hence the reason for a small skimmer

The Tunze 9001 is a good little skimmer. I had one in my grow out tank and it did well.

+1. The Tunze Comline 9001 is a workhorse. Currently use this on a 20 gallon all-in-one, and it definitely does the job. Worth the asking price. It does take a little fine-tuning and a short break-in period, but after that it's set-and-forget.

Doesn't look like much of an air diffuser for that price. You can buy the Coralife limewood diffuser for $7 and make your own or see if the Coralife fits your tank; about $30

Well decided to have a go at building my own so will see how this goes :D everything should be here by next saturday

So here is my design so far on my tiny skimmer
need ideas on how to attach this to the tank ?
