Ok bonehead move. Was feeding all my corals and fish last night and got distracted. I turn my pump and skimmer off when I feed. This was around 8:30pm. Didn’t realize it until 12pm today. I dose Alk and Ca into my sump and my heater is in there. What do I do?

Turn them back on. What's your concern?
Obviously just did that. Currently my Trident is measuring my Alk at 10.8 in the sump and my DT just read at 5. Temp dropped to 71 degrees.

How stressed should I be?

I'm not into controllers but I would turn the Trident off and not worry about what its reading and start it back up later. I've done the same thing you have and left things off for much longer and the only difference is I don't monitor anything. Temp was 69 and I didn't test anything for a couple of days to let things stabilize. All was good and my acros didn't skip a beat.

How stressed should I be?
Not at all stressed. Check the alkalinity again in a few hours and I bet it'll be fine. Same for the temp.

Having said that, the alk dropping from whatever you had it at, to 5, in less than 24 hours without dosing seems like a bigger drop than I'd expect. What do you keep it at?

Alk consistently sits at 8.3’ish. Sometimes 7.7 as high as 8.7
