skimmer pumps,need help finding what will work.

i want to make a small skimmer for my girlfriends 25g system.im thinking of using 3.5" diameter pipe for the body and 1.5"ish for the neck.what pump would work good on a small body like that?doesnt need to be fancy or expensive,just needs to produce bubbles halfway decent.id like it to be a needlewheel pump with venturi so i dont have to modify the pump.so what pumps can i use?TIA
