Hi all.

Set my little tank up around January. Removed the stock Aqua Nano HOB skimmer as it was noisy and didn't skim. Plus, I hate airstone skimmers, so pinwheel if possible.

Looking for a replacement. I searched and searched, the closest to what I need was a Bubble Magus QQ1, ordered. I knew I would need to make a few 'adjustments'. I 'modified' the casing around the outlet area to make it fit the rear filter area. All good, but the minimum water level is a bit low, this makes priming the pump after turning it off a pain.

Very restricted in the area I need to fit the skimmer, 90mm X 60mm, any recommendations, suggestions?

Thanks

Jon

Ice Cap K2-50
Looks and works like a full size skimmer
