For the skimmer or for the reactor?
the tube to run from the skimmer to reactor. the white/clear tube

My understanding is that you want to connect the Co2 scrubber to the bottom of the silencer.
my little drawling might help, its bad lol. the red line is the new tubing. but i want to run the tube from the bottom right to the co2 scrubber, so skip the sciencer

You don't want to bypass the silencer - that's the only way to control and fine-tune the amount of air going to your skimmer.
thats what i was thinking but someone told me i can bypass it. how can i connect it to my co2 scrubber without bypassing

You can always bypass it - it just makes it harder to fine-tune your skimmer. You'd have to look at the silencer - there should be an opening or cap on an opening on the bottom of the silencer.
