Looks like a stomatella. Algae eater and a good addition to a CUC.

Your rocks look pretty bare so it might not hurt to drop a few algae pellets in there near the little guy.

Thanks guys! Glad to hear. He was indeed a hitchhiker.. I have about 10 lbs of live rock with some algae but he was on a dry rock when I saw him. The dry rock (2 months in now I think) is starting to build a little green algae right now but still pretty bare.. here is a full tank shot

Thanks! The zoas on the bottom right started melting a bit so I placed them lower to see if they just had too much light (4x T5HO, 2 blue, 2 white). The toadstool is doing quite well though.
