In the process of upgrading tanks and fixing some leaks, I noticed a small one from a bulkhead that goes in between the back cabinet wall from the previous owner. The blue pipe is glued in on both sides of the wall. The back seems to be dry. Any options other than cutting it all out? The red arrow is where it’s leaking.

If it’s leaking you really should cut it out and replace
The more I think about it, that’s what I’m going to do. There’s really no purpose for that bulkhead to be there.

Did you try tightening the nut on the bulkhead at all? Sometimes just a small turn will stop a small leak.

It was too tight. I had to use a wrench to get it off last night and I believe they use two separate pieces of pipe to glue into each side. I think I'm just going to replumb it.
