Small white creatures, hydroids?

Guys,

please have a look at the pictures. Is it hydroids? Got them in QT, they are on the glass. QT has fish only right now, i hope if i transfer fish to display tank it will not transfer those white creatures.

Looks like hydroids to me...harmless, come and go in New tanks.
