Snail act weird.

Hi. I have the snails for almost half a year and they do a great job on cleaning my walls. But yesterday I noticed that one of them act weird, it stay on bottom half open. It’s alive and close every time when I touch it, a couple seconds later slightly opens again. When I put it close to the rock or wall, it’s open completely and suck to it, but soon after I find it Ln close but it’s place in the same position. what it can be? And can I do something?

Probably starving. I dont get much from mexican turbos once their food source dwindles and they eventually die. How many do you have and how big is the tank?
Do you have a full tank shot?

Just wanted to see a photo of the entire tank. Gauging if you need the mexican turbos anymore based on the algae amount.
Mine never last past 1 year.
How are your phosphates?

Mine would last around 6 months or so, then I would replenish the stock
