I’m not home so I don’t have a picture but there are lots of tiny white dots on my Glass about half way up the tank I have turbo and nas snails which do you think will it be

Nope, let them be, your fish will love them as a snack

Don't think so. Larval stage is (weak) "swimming" so unlikely.
Mine lay eggs all the time and I've never seen any babies,,, but you never know.
