Snail Eggs?

So only about 3 months old. I've stocked quite a few in the CUC. Found these white spots among the algae on the back wall (not bubbles). They appear to be next to a snail path through the algae. Any ideas? Should I remove them?

That is what they look like, but I never added a nertie snail to the tank...

I have Fighting Conch, Turbo, Trochus, Astera, Cerith and Nassarias snails
