Any reason for concern here regarding the two small spots on the shell?

Other recent events / things of note
- tank is just over 30 days old
- parameters have been stable
- we have two clowns
- several crabs
- one red shrimp
- 4 Corel’s

One Corel broke off its frag plug
One Corel recently fell and after being discovered has been put back
