Snails

Do any of you put snails in your refugium?
I was thinking about doing it with mine, but wanted your opinions.

I use a HOB refugium from CPR. It’s 25”, bare bottom, Seachem matrix, chaeto. I also have pods within it as well. No real algae in it, just crud starting to build up on the bottom of it.

Maybe you want smaller hermit types to eat the detritus if there is little to no algae.
