Can i put discosoma mushroom , clove polyps and zoas in a SPS dominated reef ???

I have just started the journey !! The softies will be my first corals ! But i want to do sps ! And i also want a guide for their better placement. So that they dont cover up the spaces !

Does aquarium chiller is needed for softies ??

Not knowing your experience level, I am inclined to say, “don’t do it”, it will make maintenance more difficult.

Without knowing system parameters, the answer is NO you don’t need a chiller.

What is the temperature of your water?

I would suggest to do a little more research on these corals..... clove polyps can become weeds, many discoma's can become weeds... Can you share a tank picture and information about your tank?

125 gallon tank . Wanna do SPS dominated but want to keep some softies also !! So i was asking !

Since this is your first time with a reef tank, I would start with simple hardy coral (Zoas, mushrooms, candy canes, toadstools, and montis, just to name a few).
