I have a question.. How long to leopard wrasse's stay under sand. Its been almost 5 hours since its been added to the tank and is still under somewhere.

I have had a wrasse disappear for two weeks. We decided to move the tank and while I was breaking it down he came flying out of the sand right into my face. I dang near had a heart attack.

Everyone else thought it was hilarious.

ok, so pretty much just leave it be. Gotcha.

Yep. Now, if you really must know if it's there, stir the sandbed slowly. The only problem is, if you have anoxic zones it can cause bad things. This is why I stir my sand bed at least once a month.

It’s already hunting the pods on my front glass. Haha both are acclimating very well.
