Reported to PayPal. I waited for over a week for USPS tracking to finally show the parcel had shipped. Seller said that he spoke with USPS and this was normal. I've never had that happen before, but gave the benefit of the doubt. My mistake.

This package has been missing for a week ever since I dropped it off and spent every day updating him trying to locate this package. I spent hours trying to get ahold of USPS over the phone to get an update and to locate the package. I also went into the USPS store and spoke with a supervisor and they finally updated the tracking the next day. I kept him updated everyday along the way. I am very surprised he left me a negative feedback immediately without even informing me he received the package.

These are photos of the package before shipping since I wanted verify his address was correct. The package weighed 15lbs for x3 lights and cords with original boxes.

I blacked the addresses for privacy reasons. I am deeply saddened.

I really don't think the OP tried to scam me and I am going to retract all negative feedback. I was absolutely overwhelmed when I opened the box. The tape on the box is different from when it shipped to when I received it. Someone tampered with USPS mail.

x3 Radion Xr15 Lights were shipped and delivered. Buyer claims to receive shirts and I have filed mail theft with USPS. Currently waiting on response and further actions with USPS. May require buyer to file a police report locally. Buyer also escalated paypal dispute and is currently under paypal decision.

And BTW. My shipping box looked exactly like the one pictured above. Very neatly taped with Fragile on it. I would def say it looked to be tampered with.

3 Radion XR15 lights were not delivered to me. If you had only gotten the package scanned and not dropped it off at the back deck, perhaps someone would not have stolen the lights. I inquired about that and indicated I had never had a USPS package not to show acceptance upon scanning. It sucks for both of us, but I will not pay for something I did not receive.
