I have a miracles 240 tank, steel stand, custom made cabinetry, 100 gallon frag tub only used for less tan 6 months and synergy reef sk60 sump. The tank does have some scratches used for 7-8 years seems are in good shape. It is still in use but hoping by the end of the month or beginning of November it will be empty and ready to go. It’s local pick up only. Must bring people to help move for reference it took 5 people to move into the house. The tank’s dimensions 72 inch long x 30 wide x 24 tall. The custom cabinetry has plenty of storage space under the tank. Would like to sell as a set instead of individual. Looking for $3,000.

Ok now I am looking at a peninsula if I'm not mistaken, but where is the sump? In the basement?

Correct it’s in our basement due to the DT being in our living room and we didn’t want to hear all the noise. Plus had plenty of space in the basement for water change station and everything.
