Some help with algae in shallow tank

Thank you very much! Ill do that. How do you suggest to rise nitrogen
 
Turn your lights completely off for a few days after manually removing as much as possible. I would then slowly ramp back up only blue light and then slowly add white light when needed.
 
Anyway, I'm confused. Nitrates are low, but I'm also told that the rocks are full of organic matter, otherwise the algae wouldn't be so thriving.
