Hey all
Waiting for an ICP result to hopefully find out some more info, But my SPS only tank that has been setup for 6 months and showing remarkable growth over that time period has been having some weird issues.
First off I've had a bloom of dinoflagelettes after dosing nitrates and phosphates
Second off 2 corals in particular, Miyagi Tort, and Beach Bum montipora have all but browned out over the last 2 weeks, I've also noticed a reduction in polyp extension from most acro's while still tracking fast growth
Any ideas while i wait on an icp to get back to me

Reasons for browning out can be high nutrients or low nutrients, high lighting or low lighting.... We really need a lot more info... can you share parameters, type of lighting, type of flow, pictures really help a lot.
